Customers are given the chance to specify the method of shipment when placing an order. In the event that it is faster to ship using a local carrier, DairySS.com will using the lowest cost option unless a customer specifically requests otherwise. Most orders placed by 2pm CST (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day.

Returns

DairySS.com will accept returns and exchanges on any item, excluding our Animal Health Treatments. A full refund will be issued for any return within 10 days from the date of the sale. Any returns after that will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be sealed in their original packaging. If you would like to return an item, please request a Return Request Form by emailing orders@dairyss.com.
